The Map Index shows a view of the entire neighborhood divided into several sheets, numbered 3 thru 10. (Numbers 1 and 2 didn't come to the Webmaster with the others; they appear not to be relevant in any case.)

Use the index to find your lot and the sheet on which it appears. Clicking on the sheet number takes you to a larger image of that sheet.

Once you know which sheet includes your lot, you can click on the link directly.
